How to Apply

Step 1 – Registration

Register onto JSSCPT (http://jssphysiotherapy.edu.in/index.php/Home/apply_online(Apply Online link) ) with basic details (Name, Fathers name, Gender, Mobile No, E-mail ID, Country and State).

Step 2 – Apply

Download the application
Deposit the prescribed application fee
Fill in the application form with the details of application fee payments transaction number
Send the filled in application to admission_jsscpt@jssonline.org

Step 3 - Result and Seat Allotment

Selection will be intimated through E-mail
Candidates who choose to join may proceed to step 4

Step 4 – Admission

Deposit the first year program fee
Submit the following documents
- Recent photograms ( 6 stamp size & 6 passport size)
- Date of birth proof ( birth certificate, Matric / SSLC certificate, Aadhaar card)
- Qualifying exam certificate and marks card ( provisional certificate)
- Course completion and conduct certificate
- Fitness certificate in the prescribed format
- Attested copies of SSLC,10+2 certificates
- Eligibility certificate ( for outside Karnataka candidates) – obtained from RGUHS, kindly visit http://www.rguhs.ac.in/downloads_rguhs.html for more details
All submitted documents will be verified

Note: The above steps can be completed by visiting the campus before the prescribed date.
